This set of knives is perfect for working in the kitchen with its three different sizes providing options for all kinds of food preparation. The set contains 3 knives from the Brooklyn series:
- The Paring knife with a 100 mm blade.
- The Chef’s knife with a 150 mm blade.
- The Rocking Santoku knife with a 190 mm blade.
This series of knives stands out for its special silky edge, which combines the knowledge of the Arcos master cutlers with state-of-the-art technology to offer exceptional cutting. In addition, this new series benefits from a blade with bolster and spine, with a rounded polish, providing the knife with a soft grip.
The main characteristic of the handle of the knives is the half bolster, which facilitates cutting and sharpening. The handle is made of micarta, which is a composite material of fabric and resin. This material is characterised by its hardness and resistance to high temperatures. It is designed in shades of blue which contrast with its stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets to prevent corrosion.
